As you can see from the link I posted to another SI post, that I did not originate the post. The original post - the one I provided the link to - did not give a link to the complete story. So I did not have the complete story. So I did not edit it.

You leapt before you looked.

However, you bolded this: "ballot applications."

If the applications are not 'in order' the resulting ballots are disqualified. Why do you think the Republicans wanted to - and did - "fix" them?
