Eugene, if I may jump in and offer my view. :) BRCM take a 50% hair cut last two weeks or so, I think many fund mangers were jumping ships, not small investors. I listened to MRVL's cc(BRCM's competitors in gigaPhy area). they're quite a few heavy hitters participated in the cc. It's quite clear they're gaining market share against BRCM. Last time I heard, even NSM is started to have momentum in their first gigaPhy products. So, all in all, I think it'll bounce short term, but long term, BRCM may not be able to command such high pe as before. Just my two cents worth.
