Gore-Lieberman propose 100 billion more in military expenditure over 4 years than Bush/Cheney. That pretty much says it all I think.

Also when pressed, Bush could only come up with one instance where he wouldn't have used the military the way Clinton did. In Haiti. The racism of that statement is pretty obvious. He also accused Clinton of sticking US troops in Haiti when in fact only about 15 of them are left there. Ditto, Bush goofed on stating that two divions are not combat ready and that we should withdraw our troops from Kosovo (after we just helped bring down the Serbian dictatorship). He further accused Clinton/Gore of failing to bottle up Saddam but his father was the one who left that maniac in power when we could have taken him out pretty easily. The wimp factor doesn't work in Bush's favor when it comes to the military, especially when we know he went AWOL from Guard training in Alabama.
