I think that if Harris certifies Bush, Gore will now enter the "contest phase", this thing is going to go to the wire till December 12th. That coupled with tax selling will keep pressure on the market. Then I would expect a rally into the fed meeting (Decmber 19th?), and that should get us into a period of seasonal strength. In between we may retest last Wed. lows, where I expect to go back to 20% cash. Right now, I have actually gone "overboard" and am at 53% cash. I might even dump some more stuff in the next few minutes... Zeev In edit, XLNX just got sold at $56-1/16, a loss of $5.
