He may be guessing right. When you are manufacturing votes and know how many you need, it should not be a problem.

I am predicting, however, that the Gore forces will not be able to hold the military ballots out long enough to reach Sunday, so they may need to fabricate several hundred more in the two counties to get to plus 1.

The Republicans struck another blow to Gore's image on TV this AM. Look for that to keep up all weekend.
