Flap..not really..I think if you look at the tape...these people seemed resigned to the fact that a full manual count couldnot possibly be completed...I think the outside-agent inspired demonstration was merely a distraction...let them recount when Gore contests the election...I have no problem with that...my guess is that the entire state would then have to be recounted...may I get from you a tacit agreement that that would be fair?? doc ps..incidently my favorite movie of all time is "Terms of Endearment" and the main character is named "flap"..brings back great memories doc
