As usual, your facts are wrong. Cantwell spent 2 TIMES as much as Gorton....and she contributed herself $7,000,000+ of the $8,000,000+ spent by her campaign. If you search around this site, you will also see that the timber industry didn't spend much money on the Gorton campaign. opensecrets.org
