What costs? IMO any costs are already factored in with the eventual upgrade to the standard and the kick up to full power for the full 56K downloads! These incentives are not going to ad any costs as far as I can tell. I think they held off on this until the competition was getting close to activating their Kflex. A great mind that engineer Casey has on the x2 train. <VBG>
