Although its a good thing that they agreed to hear it, I'm not so sure how great a case Bush has with this (since they are accepted in multiple states and it's a state issue). At this point, who the hell knows, really.... It was funny hearing Boies spin how the Gore side "expected the Supreme Court to hear the case all along". Yeah, right! How's that saying go?
