The remedy? Heck, that's easy. If the US Supreme Court finds that the Florida Supreme court usurped the power of the legislature, then the results of the election will stand, as of the legal time limits, George W. Bush will be named winner of Florida's electoral votes and will become the next President of the United States. Next question please.
