Mike, I think you are in danger of digging yourself so deep that you can not see the sea change...if it has come already or is on the horizon. Something like painting yourself into the corner to use a borrowed phrase. I suspect after this election silliness is over the market will again focus on the bargains out there and the huge cash on the sidelines will come rushing in like Guinness into the throat of a thirsty Irishman.
