To award a position based on race is evil racism. This is and excellent example of how affirmative action if used with quotas is evil racism.

I have no problem if anyone wants to make an extra effort to reach lower income or any group of people with opportunities. But the lower income people must compete with all on merit not race. To decide any award of a job, promotion, or an educational opportunity is racist and bigotry and is evil and against the simple rule that all men are created equal. It is an assault in the Constitution of the United States.

To question the logic of the above one is just stupid or scum.
