The Fla. Supreme Court never ordered her to accept the handcounts, only ordered her to allow the counties until November 26 at 5pm to count them and submit those counts. The Fla. Supreme Court in no way can define Sexy Harris' exercise of discretion as Sec of State. Harris knows the Fla. Legislature is behind her. She could well decide not to accept the handcounts basing that decision on a lack of standards and uniformity in the handcounts, thus infringing on the franchise of other Florida Voters.
