Let's stipulate your point. Refinery capacity is all spoken for. Shouldn't crude oil be dirt cheap by now. Who in his right mind will pay a high price for oil that cannot be refined ? What is the point of pleading with opec to increase crude output just so that crude oil occupy space in storage tanks and cannot be refined ?
