As I have said a hundred times so far, I keep not understanding how this is possible. Let's stipulate your point. Refinery capacity is all spoken for. Shouldn't crude oil be dirt cheap by now. Who in his right mind will pay a high price for oil that cannot be refined ? What is the point of pleading with opec to increase crude output just so that crude oil occupy space in storage tanks and cannot be refined ?
