Dear Prolife and all: I would remind you all that Miami/Dade County TWICE voted AGAINST a recount and only relented when extreme pressure was put on the two Dems by the Gore people (the independent never did crack). On the 3RD TRY they got them to agree to a recount. By then, it was obviously TOO LATE to recount all the votes and to have ONLY recounted the UNDERVOTES is CLEARLY against the law.
