Actually, the "non-mini-riot" by the Izod Repubs may form the basis for an entire recount in Dade County, according to a new lawsuit brought by the Democrtic Party. Boies on PBS tonight said that the young thugs "knocked people down, punched them and then stormed through doors" where the counting was going on. Boies is a pretty sharp cookie and he wouldn't have said such unless the TV footage, which undoubtedly will be introduced in court, backed him up on this.
