Years ago Margarett Thatcher wrote a front page scathing report blasting the Church of England for it's failure of teaching morality and I think the same holds true for America. A recent poll was conducted of over 100 churches to see if the people were praying for their country in this time of crisis. Of that only about 9 have prayed and only 2 continue a concentrated daily effort in bringing this burden before the Lord. ONLY 2 in probably the whole state!!! How many are content to just "falsely assume" that the church has no responsibility? How many will make the claim that God will just do as He pleases and is not moved by the prayers of a righteous man like he says in his scriptures? It's time for the sleeping church to awaken and PRAY, PRAY, PRAY and dear God forgive us for our sin of neglect!! Chris
