The percentage of News Corp ownership has been all over the place. My numbers come from the filings of Liberty Media and Sky Global Networks, each for 87,465,738 shares and the total shares outstanding of 456.8MM.

The day another company controls Gemstar, in quantity or in quality, is the same day the gorilla game ends.
