- I guess it just shows that Compaq has a "woeful" market share. Not exactly. They ship more servers than any other company in the world. there is nothing for the author to blow - this is a research report from Dataquest/Gartner. It sounded like a reporter talking about the Gartner report. Anyway, Intel based server sales are growing quite fast (as are Sun's), if not in Europe, then in the world. If Europe misses the US model for web servers deployment, well, they're blowing it. Tony
