I do not think that the low will be in January, the first low probably in late February early March, and that might be near the late 1999 "launch" of the leg to 4800 on NDX (around 2150 or so on the NDX), with possibly another low in Autumn of next year (depending on what the fed does and when), possibly as low as 1600 or so on the NDX (a 2/3 retracement of the bull to the high in March this year.
