Cummings: You didn't by chance watch Hannity and Colmes tonight, did you? Sean Hannity, the right-wing bulldog who makes Rush Limbo look like a poodle, was interviewing the majority leader and minority leader of the Florida House. After Hannity set up the Repub with a softball question, he started in on the Dem minority leader, a woman by the name of Lois Frankel.
I wish I had a tape of what happened next.
She cut off his question and jumped his case big time. She chewed him up and spit him out. She said, in essence, that he was a hate monger and was "dangerous for the country" by spewing vitriol and lies about the Florida Supreme Court.
Right then the other guy, Colmes, picked up the interview, and when the camera went back to Hannity, he was visibly shaken.
That was the first time I had seen this Lois Frankel on TV, but I got to send her a congratulatory e-mail.
Hannity is a typical right-wing Repub bully. He can dish it out but he can't take it.
