I read that the USSC will accept Gov. Bush's pleadings. But did you read the the FSC's rulings. Deep inside the Publicans lawyer aren't looking forward to facing the USSC, of that I am sure. They will be looking how to spin the USSC ruling and I think they will be done by then. The Reps have lost about 9 of 10 judicial arguments, (the one they one was overturned) when will they give it up.
