You're kidding, right?

So what's your plan? Communism didn't work. (Yeah, I know. "They never really tried it." Well, China and the Soviet Union are what communism look like in the real world. Or maybe Cambodia.) Socialism doesn't seem to be getting there.

So do we pass a law that no parent can spend more than X dollars on their kids? Do we tax rich parents and give money to poor families? Do you think this will really apply in the real world to the children of Senators, congressmen, the President, Washington bureaucrats, state Governors, state Senators, state assemblymen,......?

Out here in the real world, how do we actually accomplish this without imposing a dictatorship that would make Mao's China look good?

This is not Heaven. Some problems don't have solutions.
