Those who benefit from the prison/industrial lobby would have to define even more victimless crimes. Other wise unemployment would rise considerably, due to the fact that all those prison bureaucrats, lawyers, ramparts cops and judges would have to look for productive jobs. Now that's real horror for a bureaucrat.
Yeah, because violent crime is caused by the lack of hope. So you have kids in Beverly Hills high schools, who have all the advantages anyway, learning on better computers than students at UCLA have. And you have kids in South Central, thrown into pits they call schools.
Or maybe you believe all those little babies are just born evil. That's an answer simple enough for a simpleton. Yeah that's it, all those babies are just born evil, pure and simple.
Forget China, we jail more in California. Plenty of political prisoners in the US. Cops in LA murder people they don't like all the time. Ramparts is no isolated instance, it's business as usual.
Interesting Reagan big hero of the right wing presided over the biggest deficit ever in the US. Clinton hero of the left presided when the most repressive anti bill of rights laws were passed. All the candidates just say what you want to hear. To bad the vast majority of people are too ignorant and lazy to figure it out. Lemmings.
