Dear Karen: What I would like them to do is to instruct the Fla. Supreme Court to FOLLOW THE LAW. The law in initiated in our legislature NOT in our courts. If Fla's voting laws are poor people should move to change them through their ELECTED officials. It is this VERY REASON that I am so opposed to GORE. Gore has EMPHATICALLY STATED that IF he is elected he will appoint Justices to the Supreme Court who will have a LIBERAL interpretation of the Constitution. That old code has served us well for over 200 years and I dont think it wise to have a LIBERAL interpretation of it to try and accomplish what cannot be accomplished LEGALLY through the legislative process as the PEOPLE do not support it.
