It's been my view from day one (not necessarily the majority view) that the manual count would be a zoo no matter what. The passions are extremely high. I do not totally trust the people involved in the counting process and the number of votes involved is adding to the problem. There are also some clearly subjective ideas about what should count involved. I think the bias issue outweighs the accuracy issue over the long haul in terms of "fairness". But I think I have a minority position. Wayne
