Win-Lose-Draw you wrote: "Downward pressure also possible due to debt-for-equity dilution." I believe the opposite would occur. If psctel's theory were to materialize, the equity would rise despite expected dilution. The market value of an increased probability of G* success will far surpass the economic/functional devaluation of a resulting dilution.
