Please do not overlook the standard test "what's good for the GOP is good for the republic(an)". The rule of law is not the end, it's just a mean to their ends. To hell with required signatures and postmarks. What's so important about signatures and dates? These soldiers risk their lives to vote for the GOP. They're protecting the country, therefore they should be placed above the country. They're protecting the rule of law, therefore they are beyond the rule of law. Perhaps, time to annoint the Bush royalty.
