Did ALL the military ACTUALLY get all the ballots in time? That is the question.....Has anyone seen any report showing that EVERY military person who requested an absentee ballot actually received one, the date it was received, and the date it was mailed back....or at least the date they put it in the mail sack to be mailed back...???? This would be the premise of an excellent article...or maybe a novel. Wonder how long it would take to gather the information???
