Tom

I do not expect any bad fallout, riots etc., no matter which candidate wins. (Of course it will be Bush) But I do expect huge Democratic party gains in two years and four years. Most people were surprised to learn that the voters don't really matter and that state governments can control their electors in defiance of voter intentions. The result will be to make the national elections run by the Federal government and the winner determined by popular vote. A constitutional amendment to that effect will be the Democrat party platform in 2002. One person, one vote, all votes counted and all votes equal, that will be the slogan and will fuel a huge win.
