We will ALWAYS have a two tier system until it is so good that there is no motivation to go elsewhere. Mr. Chretien in his personal life is proof enough of that and in his last two mandates has done nothing but abet the situation. Sadly, the Liberals will probably get another majority. They only need to play on Canadians fear of the unknown. Gilles Duceppe said it best in the English debate when he said Chretien's platform was basically " Don't worry, Be Happy ". I bet Bruce Cockburn didn't realize he was talking about Canada when he penned the line '... and they call it democracy' Well, gotta go, (shhhh! time for family stuff) :0) regards, Kastel
