"A constitutional amendment to that effect will be the Democrat party platform in 2002. One person, one vote, all votes counted and all votes equal, that will be the slogan and will fuel a huge win." All that would have to happen is get 38 states to ratify it, with the smaller states effectively disenfranchising themselves from the process. There are 17 states with 5 or less electoral votes, and 29 with less than 10. Good luck getting 17 of them to agree to let the people of CA, NY, TX, FL, IL,PA and OH run the country. Regards, Barb
