Monkey Business - Swinging Through the Wall Street Jungle
by John Rolfe and Peter Troob

A funny book that seems to be made up unless you know people in the business. 24/7 means no sleep and social life. Classic line is "You will have the support our leading telecom analyst" when they were trying to land an IPO deal. Analysts at DLJ were apparently the bottom tier. If you liked Liar's Poker, then this is for you. Entertaining read and finished it two days during Thanksgiving. Another one that was interesting was prepartion of an S1 for an IPO and how they tried to make a dog stock beautiful. If your kid wants to be a investment banker, just give him or her this book. I saw many of my friends just giving the seven figure chase in order to have their youth and time.
