Much of what we are seeing is media manufactured frenzy. The media is in heaven, ratings are the highest they have ever been. I saw several talk show hosts saying this is the best thing to ever happen to them. Would Jesse Jackson be in Florida if there were no cameras? Would there have been the "RIOT" without cameras in the room? Would we even be in this mess if CNN had not called Florida early? I'm beginning to feel manipulated by both sides for ratings. Has a simple recount been turned into circus due to a thirst for ratings and an American fixation on spin? I'm all for the first amendment, but I would like to see the media refrain from creating "news" to report it. Regards
