Yeah, CNN reported that an agreement was reached between the counties being sued and the Bush campaign. The counties agreed to count the military votes and the Bush campaign in return withdrew its suit. Their was a proviso with conditions I didn't catch that would allow the campaign to re-introduce the suit.
