("SFU") BULLETIN TYPE: Suspend BULLETIN DATE: November 24, 2000 Tier 2 Company Effective at the close of business, November 24, 2000, trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended, pursuant to Rule C.l.05. The Exchange is conducting a review of the Company's affairs including certain financial transactions. Members are prohibited from trading in the shares of the Company until further notice.
