Sam, I believe the canvassing board in Miami Dade said that they could not finish a manual recount by Sunday. They also said they screwed up the second recount. I guess you position is that they are lying and the real reason is they were intimidated. If the canvassing board will lie about their reasons for terminating the recount I suppose they will lie also about the manual recount. <G>
