Election fraud and vote manipulation are among the "high crimes" that the Founders had in mind. I remember, as you do, that Clinton's Nazis mustered over a hundred flunkies from academia to dispute the idea that the obvious crimes of perjury and obstruction did not qualify. That did not work in the House, and the Senate had to shirk their constitutional oaths and put in an illegal fix to get William the Bastard off.

They should be forced to do so again. For one thing, it might not work a second time. For another, the judgment of history requires it...
