E you don't get it. If a mark is a clear indicator then a punch thru and a mork is an over vote. If you don't apply the same totality of look at each vote then you are screwing the voters. So the law in Florida correctly set in place a law. Do it in a week as best you can in the time allowed and gage what resources you need to get it done and comply with the law. Failure of planing to excuse selective recounting that starts with no clear objective standard and then adapting the standards as it becomes clear that some number of votes is required stink, totally stinks and just plain stinks. To apply special consideration to a subset of ballots only is screwing all the rest of the voters in Florida.
