Roger, remember the WTO meeting in Seattle last summer? No one including local authorities and the FBI had expected the intensity of the protests and the chaos, lootings that followed. There're a lot more people who take issue with the presidential controversy than the WTO. There're just too many nuts running loose. And there's never a shortage of opportunists to take part in lootings.

Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
