So what! If the will of the people is being violated in Dade county by not doing recounts, it is also being violated in all counties.

My point was is that the Republicans were given a choice and they turned it down. It was the Democrats who brought the issue to the FL Supreme Court, not the people. To date all I have heard is a lot of squabbling and disagreement among the people of FL rather than any constructive referendum initiated on the subject.

If my observation is correct, then to what will was there for the FL Supreme Court to respond? After all, the Court needs more than opinion or hearsay before they can make a statement IMO.
