The point is that those votes were not counted because not enough time was available.The added intimidation of paid ouside agitators was likely to have been a contributing factor as noted by one on the board(I will try to find the link on that).The Miami-Dade recount is still being contested and I am hopefull that given the close race and circumstanse,manual recounting will prevail.
