Please correct me if this is wrong, but as I understand it, the disputed ballots will be divined by partisan county officials..... Three democrats divining intent on one county. Two democrats & one independent in another county. Two democrats & one republican in the other two counties.

All that is necessary is two of three of these partisan officials agree & a vote is divined or rejected...... regardless of the dissenting opinion of the official who disagreed...... & absolutely in disregard of any protests by the observers in the room.

I consider that process to be unfairly stacked. When you consider that these are democratic strongholds, I find it to be dillutive to all the votes in the rest of the state/nation. When you consider that the people divining these new votes already know the outcome of their divining process will likely determine the outcome of the election, I must be suspicious of a partisan official's ability to be objective. When you consider that different standards are being used in each of these counties while a majority of the state will be counted under yet a totally different standard, I have no choice but to determine the divining of votes in these democratic strongholds by a majority of democratic partisan officials to be completely flawed.
