I still have not the seen the the alleged comments, so I can't say anything about them. I think CKFR's relationship with MSFT is working very well and is intact.
Remember that CKFR is a transaction processing company, and Money '97 is just one (small) way that they get transactions. So even if the rumor were true, it would not have a major impact.
