You are right Michael H. The shorts needed to push a lot of stock into the market to close it below $3 per share. Many margin players were taken out when it went below $5. All investors on margin will be taken our with a close below $3 since SEC rules prohibit margin of stock below $3. Now the shorts can buy up all that stock the margin players are forced to sell without moving the market much.

With orders and sales for the Hyperion firmly in place, the major shorts will close out their positions before Q4 is reported. If there is any good news between now and then, it will accelerate their exit and hence result in a rapid rise in the PPS.

BTW the press release the other day about cash collections was specifically to counter a claim made in the most recent Sturza Research Report which said that all the company's sales were actually trial machines on approval. Sturza is the company that has call for a short position in SNRS. That was, in fact, wrong and should have been obvious from a careful read of the 10Q. The press release put the notion that the large receivables number were not sales to bed.

Buy low, sell high. JMO
