OT I hate to say it, but Bush knows more than you do. A statewide hand recount would favor Gore. There are three types of voting machines used in Florida. The ones used in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade are the oldest, 26 years old, and subject to much higher error levels, 26K ballots had no vote for President. Statisticians have predicted that Gore would win by 2000 votes if the error rates of all the machines were the same.
