Michael H. Your estimate was way low. A look at Friday's tape is interesting. There were 354,300 shares traded in the last 15 minutes of trading. In that last 15 minutes, short sellers were able to drive the price down below $3 and keep it down till the market closed. finance.yahoo.com Real bad news for those on Margin. I know only too well.
