Only one is an American company and it spent most of last year below book value, at working capital/share, and less than 2 times cash.

It is nice that the government of the U.S. will spend to keep America's lithography capability (read that SVGI) ahead of of foreign competition, but it is too bad that the market doesn't seem to care.

I will be willing to trade my SVGI shares, one for one, for more AMAT shares, and since I am in a good mood I make the same offer for my UTEK shares.
