Now Gore gets to say: I won the popular vote and I would have won the State of Florida but the Dade County Canvassing Board was intimidated by a Republican mob which was violating Federal Election laws. After Bush is inaugerated, Gore gets to claim a moral victory with no concession speech with no political consequences for not making a concession speech because he gets to claim the election was taken from him by intimidation. The Republicans have handed a great victory to Al Gore. In your heart, you know it's true.
