Jim & All: Checking back in on this one, and while there seems to be a promising tech platform, there also appears to be some real problems. 1. The partnered PIII cancel, leaving them with just pre-clinical & phase I. 2. Minimal partnering - fine if you have a lot of cash 3. 12-15 months of operating funds While I'm very aware of overall market & biotech declines, This has lost over half it's value in less than 2 months. Obviously they will not be in a position of strength in any negotiations. Jim, I'm aware you do some serious DD (ADIC has held up pretty well during this political mess) Is there anything you see from having followed this one much more closely that would present a more positive risk.reward picture (aka - what am I missing) Thanks Scott
